The above fee
rates do not include out-of-pocket expenses. The
disbursements include any out-of-pocket expenses, such as
any communication costs; facsimile; courier; non-legal
staff overtime; any document reproductions; travel; any
administrative fees; and any other fees payable to any
third parties incurred on the client’s behalf. Generally,
we will inquire the clients’ approval for and, then,
request direct payment for any large out-of-pocket
expenses.
Depositing an
amount in advance is compulsory for all clients. The Firm
shall put the amount in a separate trust account for each
client. After the last invoice is paid, the Firm shall
return any remaining amount of the deposit upon the
termination of relationship with the client.
Invoices are
normally delivered monthly, for the previous month’s work.
Firstly, the invoices will be delivered via fax, and,
then, the hard copy of them will be delivered directly to
the client. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in
writing, payment of any invoices is due and payable upon
the receipt of the invoices.
Any
applicable taxes are not included in all above-mentioned
fees. |
