Providing legal services (advice) in connection with the various existing provisions in effect related to the Anti Trust Law as regulated in Law No.5 Year 1999, which covers matters such as oligopoly, price determination, division of areas, boycott, cartel, trust, oligopoly, vertical integration, tie ing agreement, agreement with foreign parties, monopoly, monophony, market control, conspiracy, dominant position, concurrent position, merger/consolidation and takeover.

 
     
 
 

Labour & Immigration

 

Providing legal services in connection with manpower, which includes the drafting or reviewing the draft of company regulations, work contract/agreement, providing explanations regarding termination of employment and other labour problems in general.
Arranging for visas, work permit, IKTA, KIMS, KIMS, KITAS, RPTKA and other documents related to immigration affairs.

 
 

Property

Providing legal services in connection with property transactions, which includes property development, property acquisition, buying and selling, leasing, property planning, including matters related to land affairs such as investigation of land ownership, land status, and rights on the said land, obtaining a land certificate, and land clearance.

 

Oil, Gas and Mining

 

Providing legal service (advice) on administrating contracts, which includes drafting a joint venture contract, joint operation, technical assistance in the field of oil, gas and mining.

 

Insurance

Providing legal services in connection with legal problems in insurance.

   
Assisting a big company in relation to Fire Insurance Claim of more than US$ 2 million to some insurance companies;
Drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating insurance agreements.
 

Taxation

Providing legal services relating to general tax planning, VAT/indirect tax, tax controversy, state & local tax
   
Represented a major oil company, Amoseas Indonesia Inc.,  in handling its VAT dispute with the Ministry of Finance;
   
An individual against a foreign investment company regarding tax restitution;
Assisting and representing clients in tax litigation.

    FEES
     
    The range of our current hourly billing rates is from US$60 per hour for a paralegal to US$250 per hour for a partner.

The above fee rates do not include out-of-pocket expenses. The disbursements include any out-of-pocket expenses, such as any communication costs; facsimile; courier; non-legal staff overtime; any document reproductions; travel; any administrative fees; and any other fees payable to any third parties incurred on the client’s behalf. Generally, we will inquire the clients’ approval for and, then, request direct payment for any large out-of-pocket expenses.

Depositing an amount in advance is compulsory for all clients. The Firm shall put the amount in a separate trust account for each client. After the last invoice is paid, the Firm shall return any remaining amount of the deposit upon the termination of relationship with the client.

Invoices are normally delivered monthly, for the previous month’s work. Firstly, the invoices will be delivered via fax, and, then, the hard copy of them will be delivered directly to the client. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, payment of any invoices is due and payable upon the receipt of the invoices.

Any applicable taxes are not included in all above-mentioned fees.
