Lawrence
T.P. Siburian
He is a law graduate from the University of Indonesia -
Jakarta (1984). Then he obtained his master degree in Business
Law from Post-Graduate Program at Faculty of Law, the
University of Indonesia (2002). He had been a guest lecturer
at some universities in Jakarta (1983-1992), For Christian
University of Indonesia (Universitas Kristen Indonesia);
Economic School (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi) of Perbanas, and
Economic School of Jayakarta. |

He is
former civil servant in The Ministry of Internal Affairs, and
also a former member of People's Consultative Assembly of the
Republic of Indonesia ("MPR RI").
Furthermore, he has been active in many organizations, both
national and international organizations. He is also the
chairman of Board of Legal, Human Rights and Regional Autonomy
of Golkar, the biggest and strongest Political Party in
Indonesia.
He worked
in Legal Consultancy and Aid Institution in Jakarta ("LKBH")
of Trisula, from 1978 to 1981. While still at LKBH Trisula,
seconded to a local Canadian law firm from 1980-1981. From
1982 to 1987, he worked in law firm, namely Juwono &
Associates. Then, from 1988 to 1990 , he worked in a LKBH in
Jakarta. Then he had been a partner at Law Firm Partahi & Juan
Felix in Jakarta from 1993 to 1997. In 1999, he decided to be
a partner at Law Firm Lawrence, Maharaja & Partners. Finally,
he established Law Firm Lawrence TP. Siburian & Associates in
2000.
He is
registered as a capital market legal consultant at the
Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Agency ("BAPEPAM").

Kandaru Simorangkir, S.H.,
A
graduate from of the Faculty of Law, the University of
Indonesia - Jakarta (1981). He began his career as
Operation Manager in a local company in Jakarta
(1975-1979); He moved to another local in Jakarta (1981).
Then, became a civil servant at He Ministry of Public
Works for eighteen years.
Her
participated in the Management Audit Project Training at
the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics, the
University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1986-1987); the
International Performance Audit at R.V.B Maastricht,
Netherlands (1989).
